Services begin after your belongings have been delivered. Transportation between properties is not offered.
An initial walkthrough and availability for decisions are helpful. Access arrangements are agreed before the appointment.
Existing storage is used where practical. Any recommended purchases require your approval and cost extra.
Empty boxes can be flattened and grouped in a designated area at the property. Off-site hauling and disposal are not included.
Services focus on unpacking and organizing using existing furniture and storage. Construction, wall-mounted installations, and furniture assembly are outside the service scope.
Deep cleaning and specialist cleaning are not included.
Timing depends on the project. As a solo provider, Quoc may schedule larger jobs across several visits.
Yes, subject to the $120 minimum on-site booking.
